A: The netting is made of 95% HDPE with 0.5% UV, and 4.5% color ingredient.
2. What is the production process?
A: Raw material is stirred evenly before yarn is extruded for knitting and cutting into pieces for rolled or folded packing.
3. Can you make to customer’s sample or specification?
A: Yes, we can make according to customer’s sample or specification.
4. How is the packing?
A: We can pack our products in accordance to customers’ request; Our standard packings are in rolls or folded pieces.
5. What are the applications of your nettings?
A: Applications are greenhouse, garden, farm, orchard, construction site and where you want to cut down sunlights.
6. Do you have MOQ?
A: For some common specifications, we have stock in our warehouse, we do not need MOQ. While for others types, we do need MOQ. Please let us know your requirements and we will be happy to assist you at all time.
7. Do you have quality control?
A: Yes, we control our production quality at every level, right from raw materials stage up to the finished end products to ensure our in house high standard.
8. Can you provide sample?
Yes, we can send small piece samples for free, but would appreciate it if you could bear the delivery cost.
9. What’s your payment term?
A: By T/T or L/C initially. Long term customers are to be discussed individually or separately for open account.
10. Could customer’s logo be shown on packaging?
A: Yes, we allow customer’s logo to be shown on packaging.
11. What is the delivery time?
A: Our usual production time is about 20-30 days for a 20'GP container and 30-40 days for a 40'HQ container.
12. How to identify recycled material and virgin material?
A: Smell: The virgin material fabric has no smell, when you are close to it. The recycled material has a very strong smell, while you near to it.
Surface: The surface of virgin material is shining and recycled is not.
13. How to Install?
A: With the help of unique plastic clips, the netting can be easily installed, we supply the whole series scaffold netting accessory from clips to ties.
14. Could the nettings be recycled after usage?
A: Yes, To protect our planet, used plastic netting can be recycled.
